MCMservice Plans offer fixed-price calibration and maintenance programmes with varying levels of coverage.

As the use of hygrometers is often linked to crucial quality control, production optimisation or audit applications, MCM recommends that a routine schedule of preventative maintenance should be adopted to provide traceability of data and compliance with ISO directives.

Our Service Plans have been designed to offer clients the highest levels of confidence and value for money, whilst maximising the mean time between servicing for each application.

MCMservice Plan features and benefits include:

  • A scheduled calibration programme tailored to your application.
  • A dedicated account manager, with whom you will have direct contact regarding every element of your support package.
  • Guaranteed FastTrack Priority Service (FPS). Under the FPS scheme MCM will prioritise the calibration of your equipment to provide the fastest level of service.
  • Inclusive courier collection and re-delivery to site (UK clients only). All you need to do is prepare the instrument for collection and we’ll do the rest.
  • Provision of a detailed “As Found” assessment report. The “As Found” Report contains a written assessment of the hygrometer’s condition, together with full “pre” and “post” calibration data, allowing you to monitor the analyser’s performance over a fixed period of operation.
  • Reduced administration for the client. At the start of the contract MCM will draw up an agreed timetable of work – we will then let you know when each calibration due date is approaching and ensure that schedules are maintained.
  • Extended warranty to provide no-cost repairs in the event of hygrometer malfunction.
  • Complimentary software upgrades. Where appropriate, the latest software revisions will be installed as and when available, ensuring that you always have the most up-to-date operating systems.
  • Duplicate copies of all documentation will be held in a central contract file at MCM.
  • Access to secure online login account, where certificates and reports can be downloaded on demand.
  • Price discount against standard ad hoc calibration and service rates.

In addition to the MCMservice plan, we are also able to construct bespoke packages by incorporating additional services such as the provision of rotational spare instruments, scheduled site maintenance visits or refresher training for key personnel.
